We are now looking for an experienced professional telemarketer for B2B lead generation and appointment setting campaigns. We need someone who can demonstrate a successful track record working on B2B telemarketing campaigns. You will possess maturity of thought and be prepared to work in a consultative sales approach involving business decision makers. There is an emphasis on quality of calls and not on volume or quantity of calls made.
– You must be UK based and English speaking with a British accent. We will not consider anyone outside the UK.
– You will be from a sales, business development background.
– You will need a suitable place to conduct the work with broadband internet access and a telephone facility.
– You will be IT literate and familiar with Microsoft Excel and possibly ACT CRM.
– At all times you will need to be Professional, reliable, have good manners and the ability to have conversations with senior decision makers without being pushy.
– You will have a positive attitude and be able handle rebuffs and move on to the next opportunity.
– You will be used to talking with senior decision makers and able to understand and empathise with them.
– We will only consider people with a previous proven telemarketing experience.
– The type of campaign will vary. It could be Facilities Management, Software Solutions, Training, Logistics, and Manufacturing.
– For a suitable person there will be the opportunity for ongoing work.
